Your mind is your most valuable tool. So keep it fully functional,this is very important for a healthy mind and also to a healthy body. Do positive, stay positive. Never think that help is not available. There are plenty of people in your local area you can talk with when you feel down. We never have to handle things alone. Check for local people in your area that can help us in our lives, you feel you have an issue with, that you don’t think you can handle it alone.
